INGREDIENTS
Finely Chopped or Grated fresh ginger Few pods of elachie (crush in a pestle and mortar)1x tea bag¼ c water1 teaspoon sugar¾ c milk
METHOD
Boil water and ginger,together with the crushed elachie,next add the sugar and tea bag.Boil for 2 minutes,before adding in the milk
Boil for an additional 5 minutes-Enjoy
