Boil:⅓ cup water¾ cup castor sugar ¾ cup liquid glucose Use a candy thermometer 🌡 heat up till 120⁰Pour slowly into egg whites beating on low.Increase speed and whisk till its shiny and gooeyAbout 6 to 8 minutes
Pipe over wafers.Freeze 45 minutes.Dip in melted chocolate 🫕 Leave 2 set.
