250g butter1 cup icing sugar2 cups flour sifted
METHOD
Pre heat your oven to 160 deg Cream butter and sugar until white and fluffy 15 to 20 minutesSlowly add the flour start with 1 cup then add more if needed. Dough should be soft but firmLine and grease a 9x13cm tray with parchment / wax paperGently press down dough use a cup or rolling pin to smooth the surface.Bake for 20 minutes remove from the oven and slice while hot.Put back in the oven for 10 minutes or until golden on the topSwitch off oven and leave to crisp slightly for 15 minutes.Once completely cooled dip the top in melted chocolate (optional)
