INGREDIENTS
1 kg chicken Wedge cut potatoes 1 teaspoon chilli garlic paste 1 teaspoon garlic ½ teaspoon green masala ginger garlic 2 tablespoon Kashmiri chili powder 1 tablespoon Aromat (a South African Spice) Salt Honey 1 tablespoon habenero sauce (optional)2 tablespoon tomato sauce 1 teaspoon tomato paste dhania (coriander)1 tablespoon oil 2 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)
METHOD
Marinate the chicken with all ingredients and allow to cook on medium heat Fry potatoes and to the chicken Serve with puri or roti
