In A Pot Add 40g BUTTER1 Large Onion thinly slicedAdd 1 Full teaspoon Mustard seeds1 teaspoon Whole Jeeru (Cumin)Few torn up whole Red ChilliFew curry leavesFew slices of Garlic or 1 teaspoon Crushed GarlicBraise till onion turns deep gold in colourAdd and pour all the liquidised Khuri mix to the potAllow to heat UpStirAdd ½ Can Nestle Dessert Cream or Any Brand1 can Coconut CreamKeep stirring through out the process of cooking and boilingAdjust the Salt tasteBring to a slight Thick custard like liquidOnce doneYou Braise little Whole Jeeru (Cumin)In more ButterPour over the KhuriGarnish with Chopped Green dhania (coriander) and Mint again
