RECIPE
1 leg Washed and drained. Pierce leg make big slits and fill with whole Cloves and sliced garlic. Marinate:2 tablespoon tomato π
sauce 2 tablespoon mustard sauce 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 2 tablespoon honey π― 2 tablespoon lemon π juice 2 tablespoon vinegar 2 teaspoon dried thyme 2 teaspoon @purespice_sa green chilli paste 2 teaspoon @purespice_sa ginger π« garlic red masala 2 teaspoon salt2 teaspoon chilli powder 2 teaspoon dhana jeeroo 2 teaspoon crushed chillies 2 teaspoon Kashmiri chilli powder 1 teaspoon white pepper 1 teaspoon mustard powder 1 teaspoon garam masala 1 teaspoon lemon π pepper Marinate overnight
Cook in ghee (Clarified butter) with:300ml any cola flavoured drink2 sliced onions 2 sliced tomatoes π
2 sliced carrots π₯ Simmer on low till cooked. Adding water if necessary (+- 2Β½ hours)
I carved the meat off the bone and topped it with all the veggies
