RECIPE
Bring to boil in a pot Melt 100g Butter½ Cup Oil1 Cup Milk
Allow to Cool
In a processorAdd 1 cup Sugar(Beat 1 Egg at a time )2 Eggs well beatenVanilla Essence
Now add the cooled milk mixture to the processor
In a Seperate dishSift 2 cups Flour 3 X with 2 HEAPED teaspoon Baking Powder
Gradually add flour to the aboveMix well
Pour into a well greased baking tray
Bake at 180* for +-20 to 25 minutesOr until done
Allow to Cool
Decorate as you please
Suggestion For Icing the cakeJust mix well room temp60g Butter add more if you preferFew drops Vanilla Essence +- 3-4 tablespoon milkAdd Sifted Icing SugarBeat mix well till SmoothSmear over the CakeEnjoy
