RECIPE
Boil and cube 2 small potatoes Boil 1 cup Mixed Veges¼ cup Oats soaked and then blended +- 1 Cup boiled Macaroni ( or Elbow noodles )Keep aside to add in later
NOW Add 60g Butter or ghee (Clarified butter) in pot on stove 1 Medium Chopped Onion½ teaspoon whole Jeeru (Cumin) seedsFew slices of GarlicStrands of ginger Few torn Dry Red chilli4 pepper corns2 ClovesPinch of Elachi (cardomom) Curry leaves Braise Add 2 Chopped up Chicken fillets Add again 1 teaspoon Ginger Garlic paste Cook till soft Add 1 grated Tomato 2 tablespoon Tomato puree or Paste1 teaspoon Kashmiri masala1 & ½ teaspoon Dhana Jeera mix 1 teaspoon Garum Masala 1 teaspoon tumericCook braise wellADD In the steamed Veges, Potato and Macaroni Now I added 3 Packets of the Veg CUPPA soup (IF NIT USE t2 packets of Thick white vegetable soup )Braise 2 minutes add 4-6 cups of water Mixed Herbs and OregaumNow Keep boiling till soup is to your preference add more water if necessary as this does get a bit too thick
AT THE END ADD 1-2 tablespoon I TOMATO SAUCE Add few Blobs of Butter on the simmering Soup Garnish with Shallot or spring onion Chopped Green dhania (coriander) Enjoy 😋
