Boil 1 packet pasta Drain set aside.
Braise 1 chopped onion in ghee (Clarified butter) with 1 teaspoon ground green chillies. Add in 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa red chilli garlic paste I added in 1 kg chicken kebaabs (mashed 2gether) (kwik shortcut & time-saver)Or add in 1 kg washed and drained chicken mince Break up as it cooksAdd in :2 teaspoon chilli powder 2 teaspoon crushed chillies 1 teaspoon dhana jeeroo 1 teaspoon saltCook. Add in 3 liquidised tomatoes 🍅 1 tablespoon sugar1 small packet tomato 🍅 paste Simmer on medium till cooked.Add in 1 cup fresh cream 1 cup milkToss into pasta Sprinkle lots of cheese 🧀 Bake till heated thru Serve Piping hot 🔥
