So you can also cut in Shapes that you prefer
RECIPE
1 Cup Flour1 Cup Coconut (Add ½ cup more if you prefer)¼ Cup soji (semolina)½ Cup Sugar¼ Icing Sugar ( you can use full Sugar if you prefer or vice versa1 heaped teaspoon Baking Powder1 teaspoon freshly crushed Elachi (cardomom)3Tblsp Almonds etc2Tblsp Sesame seeds and 2 tablespoon Poppy seedsMix all the above well
Then make a soft Dough with +-1 Cup warm Milk with 3 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter) (the ghee (Clarified butter) must melt)Now add to the dry ingredients to make a soft Dough
Roll out Dough thin and cut in round discs..or SHAPES that you preferFRY IN SHALLOW OILTill a nice deep caramel colourEnjoy with Tea😋
