500gr mutton or steak mince
½ cup minced fat
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon ground dry dhania (coriander)
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
1 teaspoon green chillies (optional)
- Mix all ingredients together and form into seekh kebabs.
- Mould around skewers and grill over hot charcoal or place in a
greased pan and place in a hot oven until cooked.
- Serve with lemon and chutney.
