INGREDIENTS
2 cups of flour
2 TB klim powder
2 TB softened ghee (Clarified butter)
Boiling hot water (enough to make a soft,smooth dough)
METHOD
In a bowl,combine the flour,ghee (Clarified butter) and Klim powder.
Mix all ingredients together with a spoon-lightly.
Then add enough boiling water to form a soft, pliable dough.
Allow the dough to rest for about 15 minutes.
Then roll out as usual and cook on a medium to hot tawa.
Baste with melted ghee (Clarified butter) and turn over regularly to ensure even cooking.
INFO & TIPS
Ensure that you use hot water that has been recently boiled and that the dough rests to ensure a soft dough.
Add only a little boiling water at a time,and mix. Adding too much may give a sticky dough. (Use your discretion)
