RECIPE
2 kg leg mutton soaked in 1 tablespoon rough salt π§ & 2 tablespoon vinegar. Washed and drained.I Pressure Cook for 40mins with 2 teaspoon ginger π« garlic.Braise 2 chopped onions π° in ghee (Clarified butter) with cloves peppercorns slit chillies whole jeeru (cumin) Taj Elachi (cardomom). Add in 2 teaspoon @purespice_sa steak and chops masala 2 teaspoon @purespice_sa ginger π« garlic 2 teaspoon @purespice_sa red chilli and garlic pasteAdd in meat 1 tablespoon Shaan nihari spice1 tablespoon chilli powder 1 tablespoon Kashmiri chilli powder 1 tablespoon dhana jeeroo @purespice_sa 2 teaspoon arad (Turmeric)2 teaspoon garam masala Β½ cup lancewood double thick yoghurt 2 cups liquidised tomatoes π Cook for 15 minutes.Add in Β½ tin Tomato π puree ΒΌ teaspoon saffron essence ΒΌ cup brown sugar Few curry leaves π Β½ cup fried onions Add to meat with fried potatoes π₯ Add in 1 cup water π§ Simmer till the gravy is thick. Garnish with chopped dhania (coriander). Serve with rice or rotis
