4-6 spring roll sheets or samosa sheets* 250g chicken, thinly sliced* Salt to taste* ½ teaspoon. Black pepper* ½ teaspoon. Onion powder* ½ teaspoon. Garlic powder* ¼ teaspoon. Garlic flakes* ½ teaspoon. Ginger-garlic paste* 1 tablespoon. Oil (adjust as needed)
METHOD
Cut the spring roll or samosa sheets into thin strips. Set aside.
In a bowl, combine the sliced chicken strips with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, garlic flakes, and ginger-garlic paste and oil. Mix thoroughly until the chicken is evenly coated.
Take a thin chicken strip and wrap it tightly with a spring roll/samosa sheet strip. (If using larger sheets, cut them to appropriate sizes first.)
Gently press the wrapped chicken to ensure the spring roll sheet adheres firmly.
Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Carefully fry the chicken spring roll bites until they are golden brown and crispy on all sides.
Remove from the pan and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
Serve warm and enjoy! These bites are perfect served with a dipping sauce of your choice, such as sweet chili sauce or a yogurt-mint dip.
