INGREDIENTS
Dough 200g flour3g yeast 2 teaspoon. Sugar 120g warm water 1 teaspoon. Oil
Sauce 2 tablespoon. Tomatoe sauce 1 tablespoon. Mustard sauce
Toppings ½ Onion ⅛ Bell pepper 2 dill pickleLeftover chickenCheese, if your choosing
METHOD
First, let's make the dough. In a bowl, whisk together flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Add in lukewarm water and oil, and mix until a soft ball forms. No need to proof the dough for this recipe.
Now, let's roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface and cut out our mini pizzas. Use a glass or a cookie cutter to make fun shapes.
Time to add the sauce and toppings! Mix together tomato sauce and mustard sauce for a tangy and tasty combo. Brush the dough with the sauce, then add your desired toppings. I am using onion, bell pepper and leftover chicken
Pop those mini pizzas in a preheated oven at 180c for 6-8 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown. Remove them from the oven and add shredded cheese. Return them to the oven for another minute, or until the cheese has melted.
