Crispy Homemade Spring Rolls ✨🥢
Made from scratch, from the wrappers to the filling! Light, crispy, and packed with a delicious chicken & veggie filling. Perfect for frying or crumbing & freezing for later!

Chicken filling Saute an onion in a little oil until just beginning to brownAdd 1 cup chopped mixed peppers1 cup sliced cabbageSaute then add. 500 g chicken fillet cubes
Add1 teaspoon garlic paste Salt to tasteGround green chillies to taste 4 tablespoon chicken marinade 1 teaspoon lemon pepper½ teaspoon white pepper Cook until done.
Add 1 cup boiled spaghetti and mix. Leave to cool.
Spring roll sheets
2 cup flour4 tablespoon cornflour½ teaspoon salt2 - 2 ½ cups water2 tablespoon oil Mix together adding enough water to form a smooth pancake batter.I blended all the ingredients together .
Cook lightly – Let it cook for about 30-40 seconds, just until the wrapper turns slightly dry and translucent. Do not flip. Once the edges start to lift, flip it over gently and place it on a plate.
I prefer filling immediately as they don't tear while rolling.Or make and place wrappers in a damp towel, then fill once done.
Tips: if they tear slightly, brush some of the batter in the pan and place spring rolls on top to seal.
Fry in oil or coat with egg and breadcrumbs and freeze.
