INGREDIENTS
1 litre milk1/3rd cup sugar or ½ can condensed milk1 can dessert cream2 teaspoon China grass powder½ teaspoon Elachi (cardomom) powderRose syrup to taste and colour
METHOD
Bring the milk, sugar and dessert cream to almost boil.Add the China grass, Elachi (cardomom) powder. Mix nicely.Add the rose syrup & whisk. Can use a hand beater. Set in dessert bowls or one big serving dish, sprinkle Elachi (cardomom) powder (slivered almonds optional), refrigerate till set and serve cool.
