INGREDIENTS
500g chicken fillet cubed1 teaspoon salt2 tablespoon lemon juiceGround green chillies to taste4 slices of bread1 & ¼ cup milk2 eggs2 teaspoon baking powder Freshly chopped greens
METHOD
Cook the chicken in a little butter with the salt, lemon juice, green chillieAas until soft & no water left.Soak the bread in the milk. Add the cooked chicken & remaining ingredients to the soaked bread. Mix well. Pour the mixture into an oven proof greased dish & bake for 30 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean. Remove from the oven once done. Once cool, cut into squares. Can freeze at this point.Dip in beaten egg and shallow fry until golden on both sides.Serve with your favourite dip or chutney.
