RECIPE
2 &½ cups coconut 1 Can condensed milk. Elachi (cardomom). In a pot Add 1 teaspoon butter or ghee (Clarified butter) 1 Cup sugar+- ½ Cup rose water to make a thick syrupAdd this syrup little by little to the coconut mixture Mix all well together on stove quick (This is optional)Place the coconut filling in two separate dishes (I wanted two tone )Colour with Robertson's food colouring Place foil in casserole Spread over one colour flattenThen cover with the other colour on top Scrape with a fork to give a rough look and sprinkle coloured almonds tap it slightly so almonds dont fall off Decorate with Sparkling DustPlace in Fridge to set Once done cut in squares
