Aloo tikkis:2 boiled potatoesSeason withSalt to taste1 teaspoon red chilli powder ¼ teaspoon turmericChopped green chilliesFresh coriander1 teaspoon coriander powder 1 teaspoon cumin powder1 teaspoon dried fenugreek 2 tablespoon rice flour (or use cornflour)Mix together and make round cutlet shapes.
Hash brown mixture2 grated potatoes3 tablespoon cornflourSalt to taste
Coat the aloo tikkis with Hash brown mixture.Shallow fry.
sev (vermicelli)1 cup gram flour½ teaspoon saltPinch bicarbonate of soda 1 tablespoon oilMix to make a medium thick pasteFill in a sev (vermicelli) makerFry in hot oil.
