RECIPE

1 kg prawns butterflied (shell on)Marinate in:4 cloves minced garlic 2 tablespoon mayo¼ cup lemon 🍋 juice 2 teaspoon chilli powder 1 teaspoon black pepper 1 tablespoon tomato puree or paste¼ cup oil1 teaspoon salt¼ cup Tomato sauce 2 teaspoon sugar100g butter
Marinate above few hour or overnight Cook till done. Add in ¼ cup fresh cream. Simmer on low few minutes.Garnish with greens
I serve with savoury rice coleslaw & 🍟
