1 kg minute steak cutinto pieces washed and drained. Marinate with:2 teaspoon @purespice_sa ginger 🫚 garlic 2 tablespoon mayo2 teaspoon chilli powder 2 teaspoon crushed chillies1 teaspoon dhana jeeroo ½ teaspoon arad (Turmeric) 1 teaspoon salt
Cook above till tender I pressure Cooked for 15 minutes.Cook till almost dry.Add in 1 sliced onion 1 sliced green pepper 2 slit chillies ½ cup Tomato sauce ½ cup chilli sauce ½ cup mustard sauce 2 tablespoon tomato puree Simmer in low till sauce thickens
Serve with rice or rotis & a side of choice
