INGREDIENTS

170g butter, melted 150g white sugar 130g brown sugar 2 teaspoon. Vanilla ½ teaspoon. Instant coffee powder 4 eggs 35g cocoa powder 70g cake flour or plain flour

METHOD

🥰 In a bowl, add melted butter, white sugar, brown sugar vanilla, and eggs and mix well.😍 Now add in the instant coffee, cocoa powder & cake flour and mix well, until no lump of flour is visible 😍 add the batter to prepare tray "8" inch rectangle cake tin 😍 bake in the preheated oven at 180c for 18 to 22 minutes
