INGREDIENTS
1 x250gm packet Lotus biscoff biscuits90 ml milk1 teaspoon baking powder
METHOD
Blitz the biscuits until it resembles fine bread-crumbs.Stir in the baking powder and milk. Pour into a greased cake tin and bake in a preheated oven at 180 for 20 minutes or until done.
I drizzled caramel sauce on the top,you may also place a whole slab of milk chocolate on the hot cake and allow to melt. Enjoy!
