INGREDIENTS
1kg T/Bone Steak150ml Spur BBQ Sauce ½ teaspoon Garlic paste,¼ teaspoon BBQ Spice½ teaspoon lemon pepper or(any..¼ teaspoon Black Pepper½ teaspoon Portuguese or Chicken Spice5 - 6 teaspoon Oil3 - 4 Old Spice2 Bayleafs Rosmary sprinkled on top..(optionalOptional -1 large onion6 Potatoes,boiled & mashed…
METHOD
Cook the potatoes in hot water,until soft.Add some butter & milk & mash and transfer to round pyrex dish.Sprinkle some nutmeg 👌
Add all the spices & garlic & sauce to the T/Bone Steak.Add the oil lastly & add the marinaded steak to a large dish with foil closed on top & bake for 45 or 1hour in the oven @190 degrees depending on your oven.Add in the onion slices on top for a rich gravy!Serve hot with the mash & garlic rolls & coleslaw salad.🇵🇸
