250 g butter1 cup icing sugar½ cup oil¾ cup corn flour1 teaspoon vanilla essence 3 cups flour or as required
Beat butter and sugar until creamy.Add in cornflour and mix. Add oil and vanilla essence and mix. Form dough with flour.
Bake until done on 160° Thermofan oven.
Decorate as desired
