INGREDIENTS
I kg chicken wings with skin2 teaspoon red chilli paste1 teaspoon salt1 tablespoon lemon juice1 teaspoon garlic paste1 cup flour Oil for frying
Cheeky Sauce:4 tablespoon liquid honey4 tablespoon tomato sauce4 tablespoon chilli sauce4 tablespoon soya sauce1 tablespoon lemon juiceSalt to tasteSesame seeds
Dipping Sauce:4 tablespoon tomato sauce4 tablespoon chilli sauce2 tablespoon lemon juice
METHOD
1. Trim excess skin from the tips of the wings and cut into 2 pieces.2. Combine spices and coat the wings and leave for 30 minutes.3. Place flour in a plastic bag. add the wings and toss well to coat.4. Heat oil and deep fry the wings in batches until golden.5. Remove and place on a rack covered with paper towel,6. Heat sauce ingredients until well combined on low heat,7. Dip each wing into the sauceand place on a foil covered tray.8. Sprinkle sesame seeds overwings and grill in the oven till well done.9. Add the tomato sauce, chill sauce and lemon juice to the left over marinade.10.Heat and serve with wings
