Saucy Pepper Fillet Steak

INGREDIENTS

Marinate 1 kg fillet steak in:
2 tablespoon Olive oil Salt to taste 1 teaspoon coarse black pepper 1 teaspoon steak and chops spice1 teaspoon BBQ spice1 teaspoon Dried rosemary 1 teaspoon crushed garlic 2 teaspoon green masala1 teaspoon chilli flakes 1 teaspoon lemon pepper 2 tablespoon lemon juice 2 tablespoon vinegar 2 tablespoon pepper sauce2 tablespoon garlic sauce2 tablespoon Worcester sauce 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise 1 tablespoon butter

METHOD

Cook the steak in a pot until done. Alternatively you maybe grill it in the oven or pan sear until done. I served with roasted baby potatoes and onion rings.
