CREDITS
Based on recipe by @ayesh_hariff
INGREDIENTS
1 onion1 green chilies slit
1 chicken filet cut into cubes
1 teaspoon ginger garlic1 teaspoon red chillies½ teaspoon pepper¼ teaspoon tumeric1 cup crushed tomatoes½ cup tomato puree2 tablespoon plain yogurt
½ kg binda washed, cut into slices and fried in a pan with little oilCan also airfry Oil or ghee (Clarified butter)
Potatoes - cut into cubes and fried/ airfried
METHOD
1. Braise onion in ghee (Clarified butter)/oil2. Add chicken and all spices and braise for a bit 3. Add tomatoes4. Cook on low5. Add yogurt and simmer till a nice thick looking chutney appears6. Add fried bhinda and top with fried potato cubes when serving
INFO & TIPS
The crunchy potato and bhinda against soft tomato chutney is a good combo !
