INGREDIENTS
1 & ½ Cups Cake flour1 & ½ teaspoon Baking powder¼ teaspoon SaltPinch of Sugar(optional)200 g Plain yogurt ¼ Cup Milk

METHOD
Sift all the dry ingredients into a large bowl & set it aside . Then add in the yogurt & milk & form into a dough.If your dough is wet add more flour to the mixture & your dough mustn’t stick too your hands. Drizzle oil into the bowl & add the dough to the bowl & covered with some cling wrap.Let this rest on countertop for about 10 minutes .Roll out into shapes. Add the round shaped dough into your hot pan & fry for about 3 minutes,(flipping once only..It will puff up nicely & brushed lightly with garlic butter & sprinkle of parsley (optional )or any herbs!This can be served with steak,fish or chicken or curries and a yummy coleslaw or salad🥗I served it with my favorite..‘Aminas Tandoori Chicken fillets’‘Healthy Coleslaw Salad’Recipe is in my Bio link!🇵🇸

Leftovers can be frozen & reheated 👍
