1 pinch saffron 10 almonds 10 cashews 20 pistachios ⅓c milk powder 300ml Whipping cream 750ml milk ⅓ c sugar OR condensed milk 2 pinches of saffron 2 pinches of Cardamom powder

METHOD
Blend the saffron, almonds, cashews, and pistachios into a fine powder and set aside.To a pan add milk, cream, and milk powder, and mix well Add in saffron and sugar, and mix well until the sugar dissolves. And add the nut powder Simmer the milk on medium-low heat, once it bubbles add in the Cardamom powder and mix well.Now reduce the heat to low and mix occasionally, simmer until the mixture volume reduces by half.Add the mixture to the kulfi mould or a clay pot, and add some saffron on top this is optional. And freeze for 4 to 7 hours.Once frozen garnish with chopped pistachios and dried rose, and serve
