Pasta:1 packet pastaPut water in a pot, Italian herbs or oregano Garlic flakesSaltLittle oilBoil then add pastaBoil till al-dente Rinse in cold waterSet aside
Sauce:Add 1 tablespoon butter or margarine 1 tablespoon olive oil1 punnet sliced mushrooms Add black pepper and salt Fry till brown and mushroom shrinks a bitTake half out and set asideIn a measuring jug Add 1 knorrs chicken stock and dissolve Add that to the mushroom fry in the potAdd Cayenne pepper Paprika Black pepper Cajun spice - not too muchCrushed or chopped garlicStir and add cream of mushroom soup- diluted in a little cold water to prevent lumpsAdd cream or double cream yogurt and milk to give a nice consistency Add crushed chillies to give some reddish colourAdd some siracha sauce Taste to see if the flavor is to your liking adjust to your taste
Once done Add pasta MixLayer fried prawns and sprinkle mushroomItalian herbsGarlic flakes Serve
