250g Butter½ cup icing sugar ½ cup maizena (corn flour)1 teaspoon vanilla essence Plus minus 2 cake flour¾ cup chopped nuts Icing sugar for disting
METHOD
Cream butter and icing sugar Add maizena (corn flour) and mix Add nuts and vanilla mix Add the flour and make a soft biscuit dough Roll into balls Bake 180 celaius for 15 minutes
