INGREDIENTS
For the base.
125 g margarine.
¼ cup sugar.
1 egg.
2 cups flour.
1 teaspoon baking powder.
for the filling.
2 eggs.
¾ cup sugar.
1 teaspoon vanilla.
1 and ½ tablespoon cornflour.
1 and ½ tablespoon flour.
METHOD
Preheat oven to 180 deg.
Cream butter and sugar together add the egg then the
sifted flour and baking powder and mix to a soft
biscuit dough.
Using a non stick muffin pan take small balls and
spread into each one.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
Filling. 4 cups milk and 2 tablespoon margarine bil
together the mix all the other dry ingredients into a
thick paste .
Once milk boils add this to the milk and stir quickly so
that it does not get lumpy .
Once thick fill into each cases.
Then sprinkle with cinnamon.
INFO & TIPS
I use caster sugar. To fill the cases I use a tsp or u
can use a piping bag. This makes 18 little ones or u
can make 2 big ones using milk tart trays.
