INGREDIENTS
1 packet tennis biscuit. 1 fresh cream. 1 can caramel.1 peppermint chocolate.
METHOD
Whip the fresh cream till thick. Beat the caramel till smooth.In a square pyrex dish put on layer of tennis biscuit. Then spread caramel over biscuit then some whipped cream and then grate the chocolate over the cream repeat this till everything is finished.Put in the fridge and cut when ready
