INGREDIENTS
2 ½ cups cake flour.
1 tin condensed milk.
50 ml semolina.
2 tablespoon baking powder.
2 ml nutmeg.
1 teaspoon Elachi (cardomom) .
Pinch of salt. 60 ml butter/ ghee (Clarified butter) .
Oil for frying.
Syrup.
2 cupsb sugar.
1 cup water.
1 teaspoon Elachi (cardomom)
2 tablespoon red food colouring.
4 tablespoon egg
yelllow colouring.
METHOD
Prepare syrup by boiling water,sugar,Elachi (cardomom) and
food colouring till slighjtly sticky keep
aside. Sift dry ingredients
together. Rub in butter till it resembles
breadcrumbs. Add condensed milk and mix well
into a soft dough. Roll between the palm to form
fingersize. Heat oil for deep frying. Do
not let the oil get to hot. Fry until lighjt in colour.

LITTLE. Drain oil and put immediately into syrup
allow to cool. Store in air tight container
