INGREDIENTS

1 tin pineapple pieces
1 pineapple jelly
6 egg whites
1 condensed milk

METHOD

Mix jelly with one cup hot water. Leave to cool (do not
set)
Add pineapple pieces and condensed milk to jelly
and mix
Beat egg whites stiff, fold in mixture

Leave to set in fridge overnight.
