INGREDIENTS
4 eggs separated
¼ + ¾ cups caster sugar
½ cup oil
½ cup warm water
1 ½ cup flour
2 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoon cadbury bornville cocoa
METHOD
1. preheat oven to 180
2. beat egg whites until fluffy add ¼ cup sugar
and beat until stiff.
3. in the egg yolk add oil and water
4. sift flour baking powder and cocoa and add to
egg yellow mixture
5. fold in egg white
6. pour in greased pans, bake, decorate as desired
and enjoy.
