INGREDIENTS
1 meduim whole chicken
2 full teaspoon red masala(my masala is
mixture of fresh red chilles,dry red
chillies, more ginger and less garlic)
U can add to taste
¼ cup each of lemon juice and orange
juice
1 teaspoon turmeric
Salt to taste
3 full teaspoon crushed dhania (coriander)
1 level tablespoon mayonnaise
2 tablespoon tomato sauce
3 teaspoon each of coconut and ground
almonds
Mix
METHOD
Mix the above ingredients tog
Make slits in chicken
Marinate for a few hours
Cook in ghee (Clarified butter) that was heated up
Cook on medium heat
U can leave it saucy or brown it till
its nice and red and crispy
We like it crispy
Serve with roast potatoes and puri
