INGREDIENTS
Lettuce
carrots
cucumber
radish
spring onions
tomatoes
green + red pepper
1 teaspoon dry mint
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sumac (Arab spice) optional
2 cloves garlic crushed
fresh lemon juice
olive oil
METHOD
Chop all veggies.
Place in salad bowl, add spices etc and mix

Sumac is a spice available in mid east n some
local spice shops that store Mid east stuff. its
optional
