INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS:
1¾ cup self-rising flour
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon green chillies
¼ cup yoghurt
½ cup warm water
METHOD
Mix flour, salt, green chillies and yoghurt together.
Add water a little at a time to make a soft dough.
Knead and cover with cloth, leave for an hour.
Preheat grill and place a baking tray under grill.
Divide the dough into 8 pieces. Roll out into round rotis.
Place 2 rotis at a time on the heated baking tray and
bake until light brown specks appear. Remove from oven
and brush with butter.
