Choc Brownie Milkshake

INGREDIENTS

40 g chocolate crunch biscuits
100g chocolate chopped
250 ml full cream milk
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
...15 ml whipped cream
cocoa or chocolate shavings to decorate

METHOD

crumble the chocolate biscuits and chocolate pieces into
a blender, and add milk. Blend until a pale chocolate
colour. Add cream and blend until smooth and frothy.
Pour into tall glasses and spoon a little whipped cream
on top. Serve dusted with cocoa or chocolate shavings
