One tin Koo cream style sweet corn 2 whole onions sliced fine or grated½ teaspoon fresh ground green chilies 1 teaspoon fresh garlic crushed1 teaspoon crushed dhanaPinch of whole cumin ½ teaspoon Salt 1 teaspoon baking powderChopped dhania (coriander) Gram flour as required to tie dough , make a drop consistency batter
METHOD
Deep Fry a Tablespoon full of the bhajia batter in hot oil till golden brown, serve with chilli sauce or fresh green chutney, very tasty in Ramadhaan
