INGREDIENTS
1kg prawns devained and butterflied
MARINADE:
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon fine chillie powder
1 teaspoon rough chillie powder
2 tablespoon steers peri peri sauce
¼ cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
75g garlic butter
SAUCE:
2 oz butter (melted)
3 tablespoon mayonnaise
3 teaspoon steers peri peri
2 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoon Nandos mild sauce
2 tablespoon homemade chillie sauce ( red chutney)
1 tablespoon tomato sauce
METHOD
Marinate prawns in marinade ingredients, cook till
done. Boil Sauce ingredients together and pour over
cooked prawns. Grill in oven for few minutes before
serving, Enjoy!!
