INGREDIENTS
500g chicken fillet- cut into strips. Marinate in: 2 teaspoon garlic.½ teaspoon red chilli paste. 1 teaspoon chilli pd. ½ teaspoon crushed jeeroo.½ teaspoon dhana jeeroo. 1 teaspoon salt.2 tablespoon lemon juice. Cook in 3 tablespoon butter... When halfway cooked add: half green pepper strips. Half red pepper strips. 1 punnet mushroom sliced. 1 small onion sliced. Cook till all the water burns out... Keep aside..
SAUCE: 1 fresh cream. 2 tablespoon tamatoe paste. 2 tablespoon Minnies peri peri sauce. 4 tablespoon Minnies Prego sauce. 2 tablespoon Nandos garlic peri peri sauce. Mix and give 1 boil and add it to the chicken.
METHOD
Layer as follows: 1- chicken and sauce. 2- chips of +- 5 medium potatoes (fried and add Salt & Pepper and lots off vinegar and chilli powder). 3- lots of gouda cheese. 4- sprinkle parsley. Bake till cheese melts and dish is steaming hot
