1 disjointed chicken
½ teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice)
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon mustard powder.
3 tablespoon lemon juice
½ teaspoon Robertsons garlic lemon and parsley
½ teaspoon Robertsons aromatic lemon and herb
½. teaspoon ground green chillies ( or mor )
3 tablespoon Nola Mayo.
Mix all spices together
Add to chicken.
Allow to marinate
Cook in 60 g melted butter and 3 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter).
Serve with steamed mixed veggies.
