1 cup chicken fillet cut into thin strips 1 teaspoon chilli garlic paste 1 teaspoon lemon pepper 1 teaspoon crushed cumin 1 teaspoon lemon juice 2 tablespoon oil
3 tablespoon oil /2 cup carrots, julienne ½ cup red and green peppers, thinly sliced ½ cup yellow pepper, thinly sliced 1 cup cucumber, remove the white part and julienne 1 cup mushrooms sliced
Dressing; ½ cup creamy Greek Dressing 4 tablespoon mayonnaise 1 teaspoon lemon pepper Salt to taste
4 large potatoes, finely grated 2 cups cooked spaghetti Cucumber slices Red chilies.
Combine all the ingredients except the oil and marine chicken for 30 minutes. heat oil and stir fry chicken and veg separately and leave to cool. Combine dressing ingredients with the veg. deep fry the grated potatoes and leave to cool. Arrange the chicken and veg in the centre of platter. Place spaghetti around the veg . Garnish edges with cucumber slices. Just before serving, cover salad veg with fried potatoes and sprinkle red chilies over.
