INGREDIENTS
1 chicken
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Half packet saffron boiled with 4 tablespoon water
1/4c tomatoe puree
1 teaspoon dhana
1 teaspoon jeeru (cumin)
1/2 teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
1/4c oil
2 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 tablespoon red masala
METHOD
Marinate chicken for few hours
Lay chicken pieces and Fry in a pot on meduim heat
Throw left over marinate in pot and allow ro steam
for half hour-45min on low heat
