Recipe Ingredients
(Serves 10)
1 cup Coconut Milk Powder Mix
¼ cup warm water
1 ¼ cups White Melts, melted
1 canSweetened Condensed Milk, 395g
600 mL whipped cream
1 teaspoon lime zest
2 cups frozen raspberries
How to make
1. Line a 22cm x 11cm metal loaf pan
with plastic wrap.
2. Combine Coconut Milk Powder Mix and
water. Whisk in melted White Melts.
Whisk in Sweetened Condensed Milk.
Fold through whipped cream, lime zest
and raspberries.
3. Pour into pan, freeze overnight
until firm.
4. Serve sliced, with extra
raspberries if desired.
