Chicken Strips

INGREDIENTS

1kg chicken fillets( each fillet cut into four strips)1big tin nestle cream1 tablespoon garlic flakes1 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon white pepper2-3 tablespoon coarse red chillies
Coating1 Cup flour1/2 teaspoon salt1 tablespoon Aromat (a South African Spice)1 tablespoon barbeque spice1 tablespoon chicken spice

METHOD

Marinate strips for a good few hours

Mix coating ingredients
Dip in coating and fry in shallow oil
